Blaire began her career in healthcare in 2006 after joining a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery office in downtown Chicago. After five years as the Practice Administrator and Insurance Coordinator she took a new position at one of Chicago’s premier Dermatology Clinics as Practice Manager and led a staff of 30 professionals. After five years she and her husband, Michael, relocated back to the Houston area where he was raised.

Blaire is positively thrilled to be joining the team at A Children’s House. Her background in multiple medical offices and her passion for patient care make her the perfect fit. Throughout her career she has found that helping patients through difficult diagnoses or obtaining laborious insurance authorizations is extremely gratifying. Blaire understands how skin can play a role in our self-confidence and being a part of patient transformations over time is very fulfilling. She looks forward to spending more time with children and volunteering for A Children’s House for the Soul.

In her free time Blaire enjoys dabbling in various hobbies and talents. She enjoys cooking and making homemade salsas, playing the piano, sewing, biking and playing with her two cats, Tina and Gomez. She has closely worked with refugee youth from foreign countries, and understands how important it is to teach them to love themselves despite any flaws, and now to love the skin they are in. For her to be able to blend her passion for kids and the medical field, is a dream come true.

She aspires to carry these experiences with her to Physician Assistant school and one day be immersed in a field where she is working with children who are in need.
